Smart Work Vs Hard Work ( Online or Offline )
Smart Work :
Smart Work means doing work in least Time, With least expenses and with least labour by using your intelligence,instead of taking longer time,greater labour and greater cost. Smart Work May make us lazy,as we get used to doing less work and get more output. To work smartly,at first we need knowledge about the work,which comes only with hard work and experience. We cannot teach hard work to smart working person if they are not willing to work hard.
Hard Work :
Hard work required a lot of commitment and sincerity from the person and is not an easy one to follow. A hard worker needs to consistently work towards what he perceives to be worth it,no matter how challenging the situation is,success for the hard worker comes after putting long hours at work which deprives him/her the comforts of Life.
Hard work sticks tom the traditional form of doing work and there are not many changes that are incorporated in the pattern of working. Hard Work aims at the quantity and may become monotonous and boring for some. But if done with heart and soul,it can give you the best result.
Hard Work vs Smart Work :
- Advantage of smart Work :
* Smart work improves productivity.
* It teaches time management skills.
* Because of smart work,we now have more free time.
* Smart Work forces us to concetrate on work fully because it demands mental presence too.
- Disadvantages of smart work :
* To work smartly, at first we need knowledge about the work,which comes only with
hard work and experience.
* We cannot teach hard work to smart working persons if they are not willing to work
hard.
- Advantage of Hard work :
work, that means we can then analyse shortcuts to do the same amount of work.
* Hard work teaches us patience and discipline.
* The result of hard work will be more appealing to us because we put a lot of effort into
achieving it.
* Everyone will choose hardworking person to work under them.
- Disadvantages of Hard Work :
* It consumes a lot of time and effort.
* If we fail after doing so much hard work, it'll be very difficult to cope up with it.
The difference between hard work and smart work is based on how I approach my task. Hard work would mean spending long hours to complete my work without any shortcuts. It definitely ensures results but the process is long and stressful. Smart work would be aiming for the same results but with plaining and prioritizastion of tasks.

People who work hard sometime feel that they weren't able to achieve their set goal. Smart workers attain their goals faster through proper time management.
A Simple way to turn hard work into smart work is by understanding the aftermath of the process. if students keep on working continuously without any reliable results, then they should consider working smartly, Rather than focusing all the attention on just the work, thing about all the alternatives that can be undertaken top do the same amount of work in less time. Set deadlines the important tasks first. This way you will not waste a lot of time on unimportant things.
Contrary to this some people believe that there is no replacement for hard work. Working smart is a shortcut that doesn't work at all stages of life . still,smart work has no doubt worked for many. If one can achieve the same quantity of work at the same time that is not exactly a shortcut;it i s just a better alternative.
